Hope all the mothers had a wonderful Mother's Day. Thanks to all who posted Happy Mother's Day. I love celebrating everything but mother's day has a special "sweet spot" for me.

My two oldest treated me to a crab feast at the Beth Page campground. Its more of a resort really. My daughter has a "cottage" on the water. Its beautiful there. Bit too chilly for the swimming pools but some braved it anyway. The GKs played at the many playgrounds there. My son cooked the crabs. They were awesome. I always eat too many so my FS figures will probably be off. All protein so it can't be too bad :) Didn't eat any sides. Love seafood.

My phone wasn't taking any calls. Don't know why. Both daughters tried calling me, went to voicemail each time. That caused a kink in the day. Figured my youngest would probably call in the evening because she would be busy with her Mother's Day. She is in the Air Force and is stationed with her husband in Las Vegas. She finally called her sister to get me. I have a network!! So late this evening my DD is knocking on my door asking me if I'm okay. Glad I have children! Can't call out either but my hotspot works fine. My internet is always spotty. Will have to go online with Verizon tomorrow about it. Other than that I had a great Mother's Day!
