Life is truly what you make of it. It is the ultimate savings account. What you deposit in it is what you get out of it.
Think about that for a moment. If you keep investing in you...you are going to reap benefits. You will succeed.
I know that every time I started seeing results and progress, I stepped off the gas. I relaxed, I became satisfied and convinced myself that I could cruise for a moment.
Then, POW! I am back to square one or worse.
Invest in you, write down your dreams, your goals and every day read them. Make them your compass.
Silly? Maybe, but how silly or stupid is it that we hide or feel shame, or suffer because we have allowed a lack of discipline for food dominate our life?
We got this!

We are awesome guys...not because each of you responded to my post, well ya...yes, that's exactly why you're awesome! Just kidding, it's because change is scary and stepping out of our comfort zone is even scarier! But, we are doing it. as long as you are walking in the right direction, you are an active player in your own life! Don't let life, people, things or circumstances dictate your destiny.
